When I first stepped onto this path, it wasn’t because I knew exactly where I was going. It was because something deep inside nudged me forward to trust that growth happens when allow it  to in grace, even when the way is not fully mapped.

That same spirit is guiding Adi Nampreet Yoga into its next evolution — and I couldn’t be more excited to share what’s unfolding for you and our growing community.

 

For those of you who’ve sat with me on the mat, chanted in the early morning light, or joined me online from the warmth of your living room — you know this has never been just about doing yoga. It’s about living it. It’s about waking up each day a little more aware, a little more alive, a little more ready to meet the world with your authentic self.

 

Over the next year, Learn From a Yogi — our home for immersive challenges and courses — is blossoming into something even more powerful. We’re not just adding more content. We’re adding more opportunities for you to show up for you.

 

Starting this month, we kick off with the beloved 11 Days 11 Minutes Challenge — eleven days to build discipline, carve out sacred time, and prove to yourself that you can hold space for your own growth, even on busy days.

Then, each season, we move with the rhythm of life — tuning our bodies, our breath, and our minds to what’s needed most.

September brings a 5-Week Fitness Challenge, designed for those ready to stretch beyond the usual and ignite their vitality with Kundalini Yoga’s dynamic edge. October welcomes beginners back to the roots with a gentle 4-week introduction — perfect for reconnecting or starting fresh.

Prosperity comes calling in November, with daily 30-minute practices to clear blocks and open your mind to abundance. December will feel lighter and more expressive as we flow into a Celestial Communication Challenge, blending mantra and movement to free our voices and uplift our spirit through the festive season.

 

The heart of this next chapter is consistency. From January through next August, we’ve lined up mindful journeys to meet you where you are. A gentle Radiant Reset to detox the holiday indulgence. A Heart Opener & Self-Love Series when the world needs more warmth. A Breath of Life Challenge to remind you how powerful your prana truly is. A Solstice Stillness retreat for the sacred hush of winter. A Voice of Truth Chanting Challenge to awaken your authentic sound. And a Sleep Rituals & Deep Rest journey to restore you from the inside out.

 

Each one is crafted to be accessible — LIVE or on replay, bite-sized or deeper dives — so no matter where you are in the world or in your life, you have a clear doorway to step through.

 

Maybe you’re here because you want to feel stronger in your body. Or maybe you’re here because you know something luminous is waiting within you — an energy you haven’t quite tapped yet. Maybe you’re simply here because you want to remember how good it feels to breathe and move with others who get it.
