Women's Circle

This is a sacred space where women gather to slow down, soften, and be fully themselves. It is a place of safety, compassion, and confidentiality, where every woman is welcomed exactly as she is.

Within the circle, we explore feminine energy through presence, movement, breath, reflection, and shared experience. 

What is shared in a women’s circle is honoured and protected.
What happens in the circle stays in the circle.
